Michael J. Brescia was born in Smithtown, New York. Subsequent to graduating from Providence College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Mr. Brescia attended New England School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Brescia is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to establishing the law office of Michael J. Brescia, P.C., Mr. Brescia was an Associate Attorney at Troy & Troy, P.C., Brosnan & Hegler, LLP and Vincent J. Russo & Associates, P.C. During this time he had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge, while continually increasing his desire to have his own practice.
